- Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment information to process transactions. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google AI (Vertex AI / Generative AI): match data may be sent to Google's AI services when you use the AI analysis feature. Subject to Google Cloud Terms.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CourtSide Stats, our users, or others.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) services located in the EU (europe-west4, Netherlands). We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Firebase security rules to restrict data access.
- Role-based access control within the application.
- Secure password hashing handled by Firebase Authentication.
